How we do it

How our flooring installation works

The same five steps on every job, from a single room to a multi-building project.

  1. Talk through the project

Tell us about the rooms or areas, the approximate size, your timing and the flooring you are considering. For commercial work, share drawings, finish schedules and specifications.

  2. Choose the material

Compare options in our Sun Valley showroom, or tell us about a product you or your designer have already chosen. We check each manufacturer’s published specifications against the space.

  3. Confirm scope and estimate

We confirm the areas, the subfloor conditions and what the estimate includes and excludes, so there are no surprises later.

  4. Schedule and install

Our own crews install the flooring following the manufacturer’s instructions, on dates planned with you or your project team and coordinated around occupied homes and active job sites.

  5. Support after installation

When the work is finished we stay reachable. If questions or concerns come up, contact us and we’ll follow up.

Our standards

What we check on every installation

  • Subfloor first

We review subfloor type, flatness and moisture conditions before installation, because they decide which products and methods will work.

  • Manufacturer’s method

We install with the method, underlayment, cushion or setting materials the manufacturer specifies for your product and subfloor.

  • Transitions and details

Transitions to other floors, seam placement, pattern matching and layout are planned before the first plank, roll or tile goes down.

  • Schedules respected

We plan installation dates with you and let you know promptly if anything needs to change.
